Happy New Year!!! - Herkese Mutlu Yıllar!!!

I wish you all a happy new year. Hope this coming year brings you all the things you wish for. I just want to share the most amazing thing happened in 2008.

I became an aunty!!! Not just once, but three times alltogether in the same year!!!

First, my brother's son, our first love, Mert was born in August.

He is the first grandchildren of both families and I am sure you can imagine the joy and happiness he brought to us. Here he is. :

Than just 3 months later my sisters twins came along.

They are adorable little angels, healthy and beautiful children.
I love them so much!!! My only wish for this coming new year that
it will bring all the health, peace and abundant in the world for them.

I don't know how you find my blog or who you are and what yo do but

hope you are able to say that " I had a good year" too. :)

İyi bayramlar...

Biraz geç oldu biliyorum ama biliyorsunuz ben biraz ağır kanlı biriyim, tamam tamam siz tembel de diyebilirsiniz ama ben kendim hakkında öyle konuşmak istemiyorum. Neyse, bir kurban bayramını daha kutladık. Umarım herkes sevdikleriyle mutlu ve huzurlu bir bayram geçirmiştir. Biz de aile ziyaretleri, bol bol tatlı ve kavurma ile dolu bir bayram yaşadık. Genelde böyle uzun tatillerde kendimizi uzaaaak bir yerlerde buluruz ama bu sefer evde kalmayı tercih ettik. Ben de bol bol yeni hobim olan örgü ile meşgul oldum. Ördüm ördüm söktüm, ördüm ördüm söktüm, çok eğlenceliydi. Bu kadar kadar çok örüp sökünce tabi elinde bitmiş pek bir şey olmuyor. Bitirdiklerim de bir şeye benzemiyor, napalım canım yavaş yavaş, acelem yok.
Bu tatilde yaptığım tek iyi şey taa Avustralyadan aldığım bir siparişi bitirmek oldu. Daha önce benden boncuk alan bir müşterim aynı setin morunu istedi, ben de yaptım. Boncuklarımın bu soğuk ve buz gibi Istanbul'dan kalkıp sıcacık ve masmavi Avustralya sahillerine gidecek olması bu kışın ortasında içimi ısıtıyor. :) Seviyorum ben bu işi ya. :)

We had a long bairam holiday here in Turkey and it was so great to stay at home and have some time to ourselves with my hubby. And also I finished a custom order all the way from Australia!!! Can you believe it? It's just makes my heart warm to think that my beads are going to go to warm and sunny beaches from this cold and icy Istanbul. I really like this job!

Here is the set I am talking about. She bought a pink set from me before and I am so happy she liked them so much and wanted to buy another set in different color. I really like making hollow beads, they are so much fun to make.
